Nasdaq 100 falls behind on small-cap stocks

Shares of the world's largest tech companies have fallen again. Despite an increase in performance in the field most likely to benefit from interest rate cuts by the Federal Reserve (Fed), stock prices have fallen, pushing down the stock market as a whole.
