I watched Mr. Makabe's video supporting Jim Cramer, and it was said that if there is a 0.5 rate cut, funds would flow into dow inc, and if it's 0.25, funds would flow into tech, reviving semiconductors as well. Is the fact that nasdaq is currently stronger than dow inc suggesting something?
