I think the winning percentage is higher if you bet on the rise this month.

I honestly can't imagine a sharp decline from here as I'm still in the process of creating patterns.

I don't think the movement of long-term interest rates is suggesting an immediate decline.

A decline is highly likely from December onwards. I'm also concerned about the upcoming fomc at the beginning of the month.
