Sometimes stock splits will hurt you in the short term. if you look what happened to Nvidia after it split and began to sell down it's much easier for people to say all right I'm going to sell off 10% 20% 40%. they can take that one share that was $1,000 now it's a hundred and they have 10 of them so it's much easier to divest some of what you owned elsewhere's and that puts a significant amount of pressure on the stock. broadcom is in the same boat so even though people love the company, some may have been in it for 1- 2 years. Maybe 20 30 40% of shareholders , may say all right I've had enough I'm going to move a portion of the money elsewhere so I think they're going to have the same type of a head wind that Nvidia is challenged with in the short term.

when you flip it what is now a head wind, ultimately will become a tailwind again. so when the momentum shifts in favor, and it will for AI companies and chip companies now it makes it that much easier for retail to buy back in because it's at a lower price point. we obviously are not there but at some point in the future we will be.
