$Fullerton Fund - Fullerton SGD Liquidity Fund(SGXZ40088619.MF)$: I have just subscribed to the liquidity fund today! I have heard from my friends that this is as smooth as silk, giving my portfolio the liquidity it needs without breaking a sweat!

$CSOP USD Money Market Fund(SGXZ96797238.MF)$: This fund has been my clever parking spot for unused USD planned for trading. It earns interest while waiting for the next big opportunity. 🅿️💵 HUAT AH

As we move into Q3, I’m planning to pivot my portfolio towards the interest rate peak/cutting theme. With interest rates at their peak, I see great potential in quality SG REITs (such as $CapLand Ascott T(HMN.SG)$ $Keppel DC Reit(AJBU.SG)$) and growth stocks (such as $Palantir(PLTR.US)$ $Tesla(TSLA.US)$) to rebound once the Fed starts cutting rates (we already saw the ECB cutting rates!). REITs offer attractive yields in a high-interest-rate environment, while growth stocks are poised to benefit as the market anticipates a potential decline in rates. This strategy aims to capture the best of both worlds: stable income from REITs and capital appreciation from growth stocks!!!
