Maybe some of your funds is locked up? For IPO? For pending share orders? Or even sometimes the money from sold shares isn’t in your account. Cause shares have settlement date.. Malaysia is 2 days.. USA is 1 day. I think.

MMF Funds When you subscribe to cash management funds, Available amount = cash withdrawable buying power in your universal account corresponding currency. 2.
