Net positive outcome

If Trump wins: Elon musk has positioned himself as an avid supporter of DJT. So it would be obvious that a Trump presidency would play nicely into the hands of Elon Musk, who is close friends to DJT. Even though DJT did not champion on the premise of clean energy, his policies would likely benefit the US economy and Tesla as a result.

If Harris wins: While Elon distant himself from the Democrats, Harris push for clean energy would mean more $$$ being pumped into the renewable energy sectors, and Tesla being more than just a car company, would stand to benefit from pro-EV policies.

Henceforth, either outcome is not all doom and gloom for Tesla, as there are merits in both candidates that serve as a strong catalyst on the SP.
