$Nissan Motor (7201.JP)$ Is it still lucky to have savings? It feels like nothing has changed from the last time in terms of financial results, so it's quite frustrating to end this time without taking any actions. Are you planning to do business?

  • よっさん4 : Exactly. While listening, I thought it was the same as the previous financial statements. The only difference is that there are no dividends, haha.

  • midnightpoemer OP よっさん4 : Even in large companies, it seems common to have almost no company executives around, with the top management mostly consisting of people who have never come from Nissan, and common in large companies with job contents that are almost self-contained internally to have slow decision-making! There's still an influence from the era of Ghosn, who knows how many years ago, unable to shake off and still repeating the same things, so it's natural to end up like that. I haven't looked closely at Shiseido company, limited sponsored adr's financial results, but I got the same impression including the stock price. The basis of business is to adapt to the world, guide it, but if you couldn't do that (talking nonsense about not having cars that sell in North America), then as part of that adjustment, at the time of the last financial results, there should have been immediate actions like inventory adjustments, staff reductions, or production adjustments, which are not happening. It's fine in hindsight to say we cut 9000 jobs, reduced production scale, etc. If they had acted three months ago, they might have avoided selling Mitsubishi shares. Even so, it's all water under the bridge, so I think I would passively watch the fate of a company where the CEO, taking a salary of 0.6 billion out of 20 billion in remaining profits, in a company that he takes half of what he earns might take. It may sound strange that I, who sold immediately after buying, am talking this much, but personally, I do want Sakura. Hang in there, Nissan.
