NetEase, Meituan Scramble to Hire HarmonyOS Developers as Android Ver. Will No Longer Be Compatiable

Yicai recently reported that $NTES-S(09999.HK)$ and $MEITUAN-W(03690.HK)$ scrambled to recruit HarmonyOS developers as Huawei announced that it will start using a native HarmonyOS ecosystem, which will no longer be compatible with Android.

The report added that $TONGCHENGTRAVEL(00780.HK)$ is set to complete the development of the core version of its native HarmonyOS App by the end of 2023.
