The Inte Group provides M&A brokerage services to small and medium-sized enterprises under a complete success fee system. The minimum success fee amount is set at a low level of 15 million yen, and even among small and medium-sized enterprises, it has strengths in projects of companies with sales of 1 billion yen or less and small projects with a contract unit price (success fee amount) of 50 million yen or less.

The Inte Group was established in 07/6 by Mitsubishi Corporation (8058 Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime) and President Fujii Ichiro, who has work experience at the M&A brokerage company Sunbelt Patroners (currently Kaede Financial Advisory, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), and Mr. Tomoki Kagoya, current executive vice president and certified public accountant.

When companies consider M&A, it is common to use financial advisors (hereinafter, FA) or M&A brokerage companies. An FA is a specialist contractor that contracts with either a seller or buyer, advises with the aim of maximizing the profits of the contractor, and negotiates with the buyer (or seller) or the FA to realize M&A. It is mainly used by listed companies and cross-border projects.

Meanwhile, M&A brokerage is a specialized agency that aims to realize M&A by contracting with both the seller and the buyer, carrying out negotiations and adjustments from a neutral standpoint. It is mainly used by small and medium-sized enterprises. The Intet Group provides services centered around M&A brokerage, but depending on the project, it is also active as an FA.
