Nobody shares such knowledge with you, if you as a non foreign citizens you will get 30% withholding tax from dividend you received from investing in US stocks, ETF. One way to get around with it is invest in Irish domicile ETF such as VUAA(accumulating). This ETF tracks the S and P 500 too but will get 15% withholding instead of 30% due to Ireland tax treaty with the US.
You can invest in VUAA through IBKR broker. Even though this ETF has higher expense ratio, higher cost, but still beats the US domicile ETF (VOO/SPY)in terms of cost efficiency in the long term.
Also a non US person dies his assets will be subject to 40% estate tax, means his inheritance can get 600k USD instead of 1 million USD of his assets coz the US will take 40% estate tax.
Irish domicile ETF don't have such problem.
That's why it's very important to do more research,so you know more.

JACKDANIEL99 JACKDANIEL99 : To add the estate tax can be exempted up to 60k USD only.
101725435-26 : Taxes apply to dividends only right?
If you sell with a profit, there should not be tax on profits earned.
