  • saki_saki : That's not true! According to the dollar cost averaging method, it is said that there is less risk if you buy every month, but you can also buy when you like[undefined]

  • まる0128 OP saki_saki : Thank you so much for your response!
Is it OK to buy it only once for 1 million and leave it alone?
If a profit were to be made from the growth investment quota, would it be possible to sell only the profit and leave it alone again?

  • saki_saki まる0128 OP : It's OK to buy 1 million yen at once, and it's OK to sell all/part of it when you make a profit[undefined]However, be aware that the sales quota will be restored the following year or later.
Also, since revolving trading is prohibited, I think it was a rule where date trading was not possible!
I'm just an ordinary person, so if you're uneasy, I think it's a good idea to contact the securities company that has an account ◎

  • まる0128 OP saki_saki : Is it OK for a stock to be the limit for the amount sold?
If you sell it on 2024.12, is it OK if you can buy it again on 2025.1?
Or does that mean I can buy it again 12 months after selling it?

  • saki_saki まる0128 OP : The story of reviving the sales quota is not about stocks, but about (growth) investment quotas!
The upper limit of the growth investment quota is 2.4 million yen per year, but for example, if you buy 2.4 million yen at once in January and sell all 2.4 million yen in February, you have already used up the tax exemption frame worth 2.4 million yen that year, so you can't invest using NISA's growth investment quota for that year anymore. If you repeat that for 5 years, I think the overall upper limit of the growth investment quota will reach 12 million yen, but since the new NISA sales quota will be restored the next year or later, in this case, you can invest using NISA's growth investment quota even after the 6th year! It's a story called ◎

  • まる0128 OP saki_saki : I see!
Is it OK that in the year you bought and sold it in 2024 (if it's 2025.1), you can't buy the 2025 growth investment quota anymore?

  • saki_saki まる0128 OP : No, it's a little different. Even if you buy 2.4 million yen in 2024 and sell it for 2.4 million yen in 2025, you can still use 2.4 million yen in 2025. This is because up to 2.4 million yen can be invested every year until the entire 12 million yen growth investment quota is used up.

The upper limit of the growth investment quota is 12 million yen overall, or 2.4 million yen per year.

If you were to invest 2.4 million yen every year,
    2.4 million yen x 5 years = 12 million yen
The 12 million yen limit will be filled in 5 years.

If you invest 2.4 million yen every year from 2024 to 2028 and leave it unsold, the overall upper limit of 12 million yen has been used up, so you cannot invest due to the growth investment quota after 2029.

But let's say they sold 1 million yen in 2025, and they also sold 1 million yen in 2028.
*The amount sold is assumed to be the acquisition price in an easy-to-understand manner.

    1 million yen+1,000,000 yen = 2 million yen (sale*acquisition price)

Then, in 2029, the quota for selling 2 million yen has been restored, so 2 million yen can be invested.

    Sorry if it's hard to understand> <
Also, I think this video will be helpful!

  • まる0128 OP saki_saki : I'll watch the video later
    Somehow I understood it!
    Thank you for your kindness
