Trytosaveabit OP 70794146 : Offerings cause dilution of the stock! Ex: 100 shares splitting 5 dollars! Now offering comes, makes it 500 shares splitting 5 dollars! Now that’s just a super simple explanation/example! But easiest to make point of why they drop on offering! Hope that helps?

Yes I agree with you mostly! One caveat though! There is some really great company’s out there that im ok with a offering under certain conditions? Like almost done with Phase 3 and need just a little more cash to finish up and get to FDA! But I prefer them try other avenues of financing first! Anything to not dilute shareholders! Just the way I look at it! But yup agree with you mostly and agree with being high! LMAO
