Knightscope Closes Three New Contracts for Emergency Communications
Knightscope, a leading robotics and AI technology firm, has secured three new contracts for its K1 Emergency Communication Devices (ECDs), enhancing public safety programs. The locations benefiting from these installations include South Boston, Virginia; Farmington, Pennsylvania; and Buffalo Grove, Illinois. In South Boston, a global tech company purchased a solar K1 Blue Light Tower for an employee parking lot, facilitated by Knightscope's new partner, MSC Direct. In Farmington, a crafts school in a remote area will use the K1 Call Box with satellite communication due to poor cellular service. Buffalo Grove's installation involves a K1 Blue Light Tower and a subscription to Knightscope's Emergency Management System (KEMS) for real-time monitoring and notifications.
