ParaZero Received ASTM F3322-22 Standard Approval According to FAA New Regulations Allowing Flight Operation Over People
ParaZero Technologies (Nasdaq: PRZO) has received ASTM F3322-22 approval for its SafeAir Mavic 3 system, enabling DJI Mavic 3 Series drones to operate over people and moving vehicles under new FAA regulations. These regulations focus on drones under 3.5 pounds with parachute systems that meet ASTM standards. The approval followed comprehensive testing by a third-party agency, which assessed the system's performance in various critical scenarios, including hovering, full forward speed, sudden power loss, motor failure, and shock load conditions. The SafeAir system's autonomous trigger ensures reliable and swift parachute deployment.
