Dolphin Entertainment (NASDAQ:DLPN) has acquired Elle Communications, a leading social and environmental impact PR agency. Elle will become a division of 42West, joining Dolphin's collection of specialty agencies. Founded in 2008 by Danielle Finck, Elle Communications has a 16-year history of amplifying voices in social, racial, and environmental justice.
The acquisition aligns with Dolphin's strategy of bringing together influential firms in PR and marketing for entertainment, lifestyle, and social media. CEO Bill O'Dowd emphasized the importance of social and environmental impact in today's market. Amanda Lundberg, CEO of 42West, highlighted the potential for collaboration on existing and future clients.
