DatChat, Inc. (NASDAQ: DATS) has announced the acquisition of an AI-driven media organization tool to enhance its Myseum platform.
The proprietary software, compatible with leading AI models like Gemini, OpenAI, and Claude, will be integrated into Myseum, set for release in Fall 2024.
This strategic addition aims to redefine digital legacy management by allowing users to create a multi-tiered social media ecosystem within a secured family network for storage and sharing.
The AI tool specializes in managing media libraries through intelligent tagging and renaming of images and media files.
DatChat acquired the source code and complete rights to this technology through an asset purchase agreement on August 27, 2024, in exchange for 8,000,000 restricted shares of Dragon Interact, Inc., a majority-owned subsidiary of DatChat. This acquisition aligns with DatChat's mission to help users manage their digital legacies and use AI to bring ancestral history to life.
