Mobix Labs Announces Strategic Acquisition of Spacecraft Components
Mobix Labs (NASDAQ: MOBX) has announced plans to acquire Spacecraft Components Corp., a Nevada-based manufacturer of high-precision components for aerospace, defense, and commercial applications.
The acquisition, valued between $18-24 million, is expected to close in Q1 2025 and will be paid through a combination of cash and equity.
Spacecraft Components reported unaudited revenues of $18.1 million in 2023 and supplies critical components for various applications, including the Patriot Missile system and metropolitan railcar systems.
The deal will add approximately 150 employees to Mobix Labs and is expected to be accretive to earnings, materially increasing revenue in fiscal year 2025.
