10baggerbamm Trytosaveabit OP : this is the risk that exists in evolutionary companies in younger startup type companies where they don't have any significant cash flow coming in. there's always multiple raises being done and if you were an accredited investor if you're an institution you're not going to buy it at the current market price. and the reason simple there's no incentive so you need to give me something at a discount to the market and maybe it has a restricted period 90 days maybe it's free trading which is what this was and give me a warrant that's at the money or slightly below that I could convert any time which provides more money to your company..
so I would argue once this bullshit is digested at some point in time in the future when the stock trades up you will see an announcement from the company that all of the warrants have been exercised or 90 plus percent something like that a very high amount which provides a significant amount of cash that's infused to the company for future business operations and the stock will Spike on that news
