If you change the name, you may be able to trick the new chives into getting hooked, because now it's a good price, and the additional stock has been distributed, and it won't be worth anything after a while. There are more stocks awaiting additional issuance, dilution, and consolidation.
Ken Griffin Charity 72740946 : They will be issued another delisting notice before the name change will even occur. And another announcement of a reverse split will send the price crashing again. I don’t think FFIE will last another year.
Jaguar8 OP Ken Griffin Charity : Unlikely if the basis is bid price. They are above 1 for the last 30 days unless they make an offering and will bring the price down. However, it won’t be a delisting notice but rather a deficiency notice then they will be given time to comply (180 days), if not, there will be staff delisting determination, then file for appeal.
