Jaguar8 OP WorldShowMe : There is a possibility since they are cash strapped. However, my guess is they wont immediately offer because they have to maintain 1 dollar per share for straight 10
Days to comply with listing requirements. By diluting, they run the risk of dragging it back again to below 1 dollar. Just be cautious and secure profits at once
