Nio : An opportunity or myth?
There will be a time down the line with a 3 digit value for $NIO Inc (NIO.US)$ . I know many of us has missed $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ , but I am not going to miss out on $NIO Inc (NIO.US)$ . And I don't really say this for a stock normally with this confidence. But why for NIO?
1. NIO has been at the forefront of innovation with features like battery-swapping technology, autonomous driving systems, and AI-powered smart features. Their continuous investment in R&D could drive significant advancements in EV technology, making them a competitive force like Tesla.
2. China is the largest EV market in the world, and NIO has a solid foothold there. With government support for electric vehicles and NIO’s brand appeal in the domestic market, they have the potential to capture a significant share of global sales, similar to Tesla's dominance in the U.S.
3. NIO is developing various revenue models, including Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS), which could generate long-term subscription-based income. This business model could help NIO secure consistent cash flow and further expansion, much like Tesla's strategic moves with energy storage and services.
So mark my word and see you in 3 years!
