The tailwinds are too strong for NIO. I cannot see why this company will fail when 2 strong governments China and Abu Dhabi are backing NIO with tax incentives and monetary infusion. EVs are no longer the old EV with just electric motor powered by battery. It has evolved into AIO (all-in-one) vehicle. battery technology, NIOMI GPT, games, visual and audio entertainment, conference meeting, self-drive, auto-park and auto-recall, auto-battery swap, AI chip, scalable upgrades, LIDAR sensor, energy supply vehicle, auto-safety awareness, voice control demand, non-range anxiety, wired chassis, motion stablisation, robotaxi, 4WD,fast acceleration, massage chair, AI headlight detection, mobile phone controlled, swappable battery, battery degration monitor, energy storage station, green energy, climate control push, .etc 2 mass market brands coming, battery unit spinoff, AI chip spinoff, Clearmotion (active suspension system), and more in the future. Soon we will see NIO and sub-brands (Alps and FireFly) flooding the Abu Dhabi. The infrastructure of charging stations and battery swap stations (bss) will also follow. Once all these happen and proven successful, other countries will also adopt. We cannot value NIO as an normal EV maker. Discounting all the other contributors, just the BSS alone will replace all the gas stations and provide energy to the EVs and the power grid. No matter how fast the development of the battery technology, NIO cars will be able to adapt and hold its value. Soon other EV makers will have to adopt NIO BSS because NIO has the largest BSS (2300) in China now and its still adding 1000 stations this year otherwise their EVs will become obsolete. Geely and Changan has already joined NIO. Yes, I understand that NIO is burning cash now but we must understand these cash were used for investments to prepare, lead and dominate the EV market in the forseeable future. We will just have to be patient and give NIO time to realise its goal.
