VIVEK SURANA : Boasting about pre-order doesn't  make money ,delivering the car does. All  NiO focused was on advertising and marketing.  They should have  built factories  instead of spending  money on useless projects like NiO phones.

NIO is a long term investment, it won't be profitable anytime soon. Even when it becomes profitable ahead of schedule, it won't gain the attention like Tesla.
1. It is a Chinese company, US stock markets have far less trust on Companies, don't expect a crazy PS ratio of 8 like Tesla over night as the hype won't be as big.
2. Nio's game doesn't generate massive net profits with its large commitment to battery Swap Stations infrastructure. It's cost will always be high. If it succeeds however, it is practically a monopoly.
