$NIO Inc (NIO.US)$ Earlier NiO was saying new factory will start in Q3 2025, but today CEO said it will come in Q3 or Q4. Seems like the CEO is already signaling delays. How can NiO deliver 450k cars if the factory is coming in Q4 next year? NiO management is a complete lier.
