TWP PaPa NgKB : Shorts are holding lot of panic sellers shares..Those long investors and retailers just need to accumulate more at low prices..Once shorts run out of bullets the price will jump and those long holding lot of Nio shares will profits instantly or turn pretty wealthy just a small increase in 10 cents..
