Cui Nyonya Kueh OP TMW1986 : Nio has won multiple lawsuits against ppl have defamed the company. The legal team is good. They are very good at words and argumentative in the court. When producing Nio, check how many ppl have purchased.. Still loosing. Still cannot beat $XPeng (XPEV.US)$ and $Li Auto (LI.US)$

However, when I ask, why the CEO does not buy NIO shares for himself, for these low prices, and because of his own super-optimistic prognosis for improving (doubling ?) business in 2025, then it is something different, I suppose.
