Regarding capacity, I think, it would be easy to run 2 shifts. Standard in Europe, for generations already. But the demand is lacking. BTW, paying the suppliers after 300 days only, does not help to eliminate supply constraints ... "The Leading ZERO" should be put on 300 days delay for his (unjustified) salary.
