bullrider_21 : New investment secured by Nio China means that Nio doesn't need to raise funds in the short term. And this reduced the immediate share dilution risk of Nio.
RiotMaraMan : Yes correct...dilution...internally and not through public offerings.
The result is the same....too many shares.....diluted.
