no lower highs on Index

$E-mini S&P 500 Futures(JUN5) (ESmain.US)$ not making lower highs is not really a good sign. it appears a strategy to take revenge on retail bears but fresh buying is not happening underneath. while technicals have drastically improved, bearish risks are much higher in the medium term.
