US government shutdown: Is it a done deal?
Views 9015 Contents 54

No worries about the closure of government agencies!

At the moment, the interim budget bill has not been approved, so there is a possibility that the functions of the U.S. federal government will stop from 10/1 (Sun). This could lead to the closure of national museums, art galleries, zoos, etc., affecting millions of people who may not be able to work.
This story comes up every year, but it eventually gets resolved. It's a farce! There is no need to be swayed by their political performance. While millions may lose their jobs and it may affect consumption, federal government positions are quite popular and pay well. They should have savings.
If you are struggling without a job, look for other work part-time. Unlike in Japan, having multiple jobs is common.
So there's no need to worry so much!
