Nomura Downgrades Bilibili to Neutral, Cuts TP to US$13

Nomura issued a research report saying that it remains bullish on $Bilibili(BILI.US)$ 's ecosystem, which saw an average 16% YoY growth in the number of daily active users (DAUs) from 1Q23 to 3Q23.

Nomura originally thought that Bilibili Inc. would easily monetize its ecosystem and generate considerable and sustainable revenue to help the Company achieve profitability. However, Bilibili Inc. often struggles to deliver the financial results expected by the market.

Nomura Downgrades Bilibili to Neutral, Cuts TP to US$13

Nomura cut its target price for Bilibili Inc.'s US stock from US$18 to US$13, and downgraded rating from Buy to Neutral.
