Not-So-Independent 'Special Committee' "Appointed" and "Directed" By Audit Committee and Led by 'Independent Counsel', All of Whom Were/Are Paid by SMCI.

The only thing that the 'Special Committee' did was to waste three (3) months of valuable time focusing on preparing a statement that contains erroneous conclusions of law, and the most ridiculous part was their finding that "the Audit Committee acted independently and that there was no evidence of fraud or misconduct on the part of management or the Board of Directors."

So, the internal investigation that lasted three (3) months was a farce conducted in a furtherance of Liang's attempt to conceal material information that proves the Board's and Liang's criminal and civil culpability.

The DOJ and SEC aren't stupid and will see through the bullshxt.
