E-龙 MUSK OP Vincent Chin 2232 : This is my rough calculation, could be wrong
50% of their revenue are from USD (based on HLB report), assume Q4 revenue at RM150 mil (normally their Q4 revenue will be the highest among all 4Q, for Q3 was RM135 mil) mean RM75 mil in USD transaction for Q4.
For Q4 USD vs RM drop from 4.70 to 4.10 which about -12%.
RM75 mil x 12% = -RM9 mil
Assume if no forex loss their Q4 profit should be 150 mil x 14.8% (profit margin from Q3) = RM22 mil
RM22 mil - RM9 mil = profit RM13 mil
Net cash company
Above are just my rough and simple calculation without taking consideration on other factors.
E-龙 MUSK OP : Anyway, alot of people not dare to enter now or taking profit due to they worries that the forex loss will cause the Q4 in red,
but I believe as long as Notion report a profit in Q4, it doesn't matter how much as long as profit, the share price will go up after that because USD are already back to above 4.4 this month.
Vincent Chin 2232 E-龙 MUSK OP : yes, same though. Forex loss only one time off, if company still profit from its bussiness, it will look good. If can get profit 13m , PE only 10 by its current price.Anyways, market thinking it is only goreng stocks as it can not perform sustainable profit , hope this company really generate profit from its bussiness at coming QR release sooner.
