105289826 : is OK as REIT comes with high dividend so just hold it and earn dividend
Lazy Cat Invests OP 105289826 : The dividend yield could have been much better if my entry point is at a lower price point. For some REITS, there are finer points to pour over concerning their short term and mid term headwinds and tailwinds and hence the next 2 quarters (minimally) ahead may not see much upside pricewise. When I entered, the expectation for rate cuts were already priced in way ahead.

KevGugu : You are not alone. My S-reits too...all 4 in red and the worst one is FRASERS!
dookiro : But capital can't lose so much ya... It has been dropping alot... When they go up only go up so little... Stressed
Lazy Cat Invests OP dookiro : It's paper loss unless you actualise it. Treat as fixed deposit and don't look at it daily.
dookiro : I’m waiting for this stock to go up!!! J69U
102272672 : Few months back I bought at $2.30
102272672 : At $2.30 my dividend yield still can enjoy minimum 5%
