exciting month... lots of happenings... bitcoin climbing all time high...
am I into crypto? not yet... took some profits off quick coinbase n mara, waiting for next dip to decide, if it happens ![]()

summary of November
HSI took a dip. still holding to xpev and index leverage. no miracle from china stimulus yet.
with high volatility, tending to do quick trade. scared to be stuck (still too stubborn to admit defeat and cut loss) so doing small and quick trades, 1 coffee at a time, not aiming for omakase.
us tech and equity fund took a hit. bond fund gaining strength. surprise winner $LionGlobal Singapore Trust Fund (SG9999002406.MF)$. btw gold fund making a comeback.

I like the moomoo fund report. u can dive into details like the fund nav trend, actual fund holding, morningstar rating, dividend info easily.
sg sreits took a dive, now most still sideway or trending down. with moomoo low commission, can monitor and buy on dip little by little (I usually do ~sgd1k).
my strongest sreits are as follows. many in the red, should hv sold in Sept surge.
stay out of hospitality.
avoid china related reits.
hold for dividends.
data centre reits, commercial reits and logistics reits seem most stable or better liked by investors.
2 round of rate cuts yet to see effects on the dpu of sreits.
the 3 banks are for my long term hold. those finding them expensive can consider etf $Lion-OSPL APAC Fin S$ (YLD.SG)$.
what others sg stock for daily trade? I closed $Riverstone (AP4.SG)$ and $YZJ Shipbldg SGD (BS6.SG)$ so not showing in the statistics. waiting for dip to buyback.
got introduced to dlc recently. trying in small qty. watch out for expiry date, volume and number of investors. high risk, high gain. have many counters, still studying.

I made profit previously for $RH PetroGas (T13.SG)$, $China Aviation (G92.SG)$ and $Geo Energy Res (RE4.SG)$. should hv left completely, itchy fingers.
I followed $Berkshire Hathaway-B (BRK.B.US)$ and invested into $Occidental Petroleum (OXY.US)$, already closed for small profit, not getting in.
