NVDA On SALE!
Can someone riddle me this pls on $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ , am i stupid....probably (dont need to answer haha!)
Back in June when NVDAS hit $140 we were runnig at P/E of 104, then in the sell off earlier this month when it got down to $90 we were at a P/E of 85, but fastfoward to after a stellar earnings report concidering the gorwth over the last 12 month it still churning out Rev, tripple digit EPS and FCF growth and stock gose down and P/E is sitting at 100 today.
P/E TTM was up in the mid 73-75's last week before earnings and now plumeted to 56. If it was a buy at TTM of 70+ surley its on sale atm and should have 20-25% upside in the short term at least??
Historical ave over last 5 years is sitting at 85, surley this is an easy buy, especially with blackwell on the way as well?

70147395 : first off. nvidia didn't hit $90 as you state. it very briefly hit the $97 to $98 mark. Secondly, while it's a good stock it's still overvalued
Poolshark311 : I agree with you, this is just ppl taking advantage of what looks to be such an easy play, if everyone thinks it's going up you can make a shit ton on cheap option puts, so I'm guessing all the big money who told you to buy shorted so why your average retail investor is buying they're making a killing watching puts print, then they'll buy it back cheap as ppl panic flee their positions. it's all manipulated. cuz to your point it makes no sense from a numbers perspective, I thought this would run up today, guess I'll wait and see. I'm still buying, just waiting to see how cheap I can get it.

How can it be overvalued when most of mag 7 are running 40+ P/E and this stock was the future before earnings and was at 70 and now it’s into the 50’s?
I just sold out of $The Trade Desk (TTD.US)$ and that’s running 200+ P/E now that’s overvalued.

Just seems what that P/E had a 20-25% haircut and it’s falling through the floor on strong numbers.
I just sold out of $The Trade Desk (TTD.US)$ @$105 so had an effective P/E of 220+ if I remember correctly. But that’s going up haha
