Is Morgan Stanley $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ The highest rating was given to, and it was pointed out that recent sales “present good entry points because we continue to listen to strong data points in the short and long term while competitive concerns have been exaggerated.”
NVIDIA's central position in the AI market and its ability to draw customers back from custom silicon replacement products underscore NVIDIA's enduring competitiveness. The analyst pointed out that “this is a large market, and although it cannot be covered by a single NVIDIA card, we have heard multiple cases where customers who have invested in custom silicon or alternatives have returned to NVIDIA in search of an increase.”
Morgan Stanley maintains a positive outlook on Nvidia's stock price, mainly due to strong demand indicators and strong customer enthusiasm for Blackwell GPUs. The H100's lead time is short, but the H200's lead time is already long, and Blackwell should be even longer.
Morgan Stanley has an evaluation that seems “much more reasonable than a few weeks ago,” and the market believes that “half of the cup has a very empty view of some hyperscale comments where there is a clear desire for the customer side to continue investing resources into the development of multimodal generative AI.”
