rezki_kwn2 : wait , i call jensun , then i tell you buy or sell
71505961 : Hey, you can check it here sec.gov/edgar/s...
But it's always at the end of the day after the sell, so you don't know when he will sell / whether he already sold
71505961 71505961 : He will continue to sell until end of August
goodfortune OP 71505961 : Thanks for sharing… seems Jensen and nasdaq only know earlier
goodfortune OP 71505961 : Omggggggg….
71505961 goodfortune OP : This website here fintel.io/sn/us...
It tells you at what price the stock was sold at.
So for any given day you can see at what time the stock was sold based off the price it was sold at since. he doesn't sell 120,000 in a 1min candle, it's spread over 10 transactions in a day.
Maybe you can find patterns and see if he sells it at a specific time, or maybe he only sells when the price goes up a bit more intraday. I didn't check for patterns but something I will start doing.
Either way his selling of 120,000 shares a day shouldn't affect the price too much as he did a series of this type of transaction before
71505961 : Morgan Stanley, an investment firm also considers NVDA a buy-in opportunity when it falls low like it did yesterday at 102. So that's why I don't think it would go under 100 without serious bad news
goodfortune OP 71505961 : Okay thanks.. I will try to find pattern… I do understand that much of share not impact much… but retailers panic pulling the price down.. so thought to study to find a way to know earlier
71505961 goodfortune OP : If there's a market sentiment then I would go with the flow by profiting from buy and sell or sell and buy. Lately the price has literally gone from 111 to 100 in a day + post, and from 116 to 106 and then from 100 to 120. Day traders that buys and short sell must've really profited from that. Tech stocks can benefits both bears and bulls but knowing when to enter is the hardest part
corbotron : plans for the sale were set up in March
