Gary gensler he's fired and I'd be willing to go as far as to say the person that Donald Trump appoints to the SEC is going to draw a line in the sand with these bullshit erroneous reports that are done during quiet periods. I believe we're going to change the rules where a company can make a statement to defend defamatory slanderous fraudulent commentary in what was prior their quiet period where they are nothing but a ship at Sea with no Captain and no rudder faced with the short selling of the hedge funds and the institutions taking advantage of manipulating markets during a period of time where they know the company can't issue a statement. this game repeats itself in many companies during the quiet period and when you have a blank check and can short the piss out of a company and you have the media on your side to spread statements within seconds around the world everybody knows the outcome bids are pulled retail sales stocks tank and the people that issue these reports make tens of millions if not hundreds of millions of dollars between short selling and derivatives. the current SEC chair does nothing he's basically complicit he turns a blind eye. it's time for these rules to change and I believe when Trump is in office it will happen.
