$NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ Earnings will be good but how good? If they are expected earnings, nvidia will only probably go back to prior resistance which is $130 or close to it. That would hurt all people who bought calls at 140-150 . That’s if they are good. If not good. Could dump lower . Nvidia will need outstanding unexpected earnings to go to $140-150 at this point . Even then, Thursday earnings could affect the price in the AM before anyone can take profit. A risky game we play in the market .

SMCI all over again. But I think Nvidia is better than that. It just amazes me how hyped up earnings could be so flat. We will all know in a few hours. Conference call is at 5pm as well.
Jiangchuan Shen : The current issue in the market is not about good performance, but rather the position of the institutional investors, whether they are profiting or manipulating the market.
StockPeep OP Jiangchuan Shen : This is true. In my opinion, institutional investors are in much lower and they are taking profit on retail buying hype. Nvidia is a great company overall, but this is a great opportunity for them to take profit on the added retail volume in the stock.
