NVIDIA Corporation's President and CEO, HUANG JEN HSUN, is set to sell 120,000 shares of common stock on 08/01/2024, as per the latest filing. The shares, valued at an aggregate market value of $13,564,683, were originally acquired on 12/13/2022 as equity compensation in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Performance Stock Units (PSUs) from NVIDIA CORPORATION. This planned sale follows a series of transactions over the past three months, where a total of 3,960,000 shares were sold by the executive.
