This is what I get today using Margin. But loses also this amount. Without using Margin, it is somewhere lesser, maybe 50% or something like that. I didn't read the full TnC all. This is not an advice to go with Margin. Fully understand associated risk before stepping in
FT81 : margin means u borrow funds from broker. It amplifies your profit and losses. Depends which side you land on

FT81 105189832 : it is charged at 6.8% pa for the amount u purchased using Margin. Can see it in Accounts
