MomentumPython1337 : insider buying is a much stronger signal than insider selling btw. most insiders actually cash out their stock as soon as the options arrive (restricted stock units)
Patrick Yap : Most of the people here got the wrong idea of insider selling and insider trading , nothing wrong with insider selling ( they need money too to survive to buy things to eat to holiday ) , unlike us when we can buy/sell anytime we like , they will need to pre announce first , in fact most of them don’t even know what the price at that time will be , where else insider trading is illegal , insider trading is when you get first hand information that company is not doing well and trying get rid of shares , if caught they will be sue and jail time , no one will risk this

Share price goes up and down, if the company's fundamental and growth are good why worry? Small fries sold their shares have difficulty buying back, insiders sold just a small fraction of it, they still have thousands/millions left.... Anyway, don't buy if you scared.
