if i bought nivida stocks during post market, can i still trade/l my dtocks during regular hours or would it be forever only tied to being able to trade/sell and buy during post market hours
if the idea of profiting from trading comes from buying low and selling high, it sqimply means that if the value of nvida goes even lower anytime from now till 8pm (us timezone) and i make a purchase (e.g if it goes down to 100/stock or below) i would be making a poitive gain and it would be considered an even more advantageous act compared to if i had bought it during the same day markets?
what are the disadvantages buying post mkt
as much insighrs and advises would be appreciated :)

:
Post/pre market same as regular trading during normal hours. It can be volatile as shorts and longs buy and sell accordingly to cover their positions to avoid paying interest or opening positions during pre.

:
shorting a stock carries an overnight interest, closing out your position before the end of trading will allow you to not pay the overnight interest
Ultratech : hold forever
Chase21 : No difference.
