$NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ insiders selling shares are honestly not a big deal. it's normal and a way to fund their other expenses
however, insiders buying is the one that is important. people will sell when they need money. but insiders would only buy more shares after knowing sth positive.
therefore, look out for insiders buying and don't be too bothered abt them selling.

HSC_hipot : Jensen Huang has kept selling shares. Even only counting from June 13 to Sept 5, he has sold 5.3 million shares, totaling $633 million dollars. Does he need to pay something up to $633 millions? No! Even worse, until today, he keeps selling almost daily.

HSC_hipot shawn Fen : Again, I still think Nvidia is a good company and they will succeed. But, pretty much 80–90% revenues they get today all come from demands of data centers infrastructure which are not mainly used for end customers’s demands but more for those tech companies’ development and researches for now. So I believe nvidia will not be able to grow that much in the following few years for hundreds % annually as they did in this year until there are really some AI tools that most end customers would need to use daily.

DavidCCL : Read properly, this is a planned sale, is part of a trading plan adopted on 03/14/2024. You guy keeps saying the same thing over and over again whenever the price goes up. He sells whether price is high or low and after sale he still hold at least 861,000,000 shares. The last drop he lose more than $10b in a day, the sale is kacang puteh to him.
