102962635 : He sells the stock also 2-3months in advance before it finalised today. The staff or inside shareholders sell then the retail scared as the price dropped. Then they get free shares at a low again while they continue working. Also, the low price give entry to the hedge funds managers to entry in block purchase. End of the day we always suffer unless we just hold for long or don't sell off blindly.
