Gilley : they whole market is set up to screw the little guy they do anything and everything they want but public can't do anything sec exchange and finra font do a thing they need to be shut down waste of public funds hedge funds are against the whole stock market to begin with public market thats also full of businesses stock market and government implementations of rules and changes all the time that never help the public look at halts and order changes and anything that happens csn never be proven so find lawyer that will turn u down anyway cause the government will never police themselves
