Budgetmania : the deciding factor is time to individuals. let's say it will go up, but it takes years. now those same years the same monies can be used to make even larger profits (of course assuming risk is as prevalent now, no change). different individuals will decide differently and many will not want to wait if it takes months to years to happen on this platform or at least those looking at this right now (only super long term investors will buy to keep).
