(Paris 2nd) Artificial intelligence (AI) chip giant Nvidia (Nvidia) will be charged by the French antitrust supervisory authority for suspected anti-competitive behavior, which will make the French authorities the first law enforcement agency to take action against Nvidia.
French regulators released a report on generative artificial intelligence competition on June 28, referring to the risk of misuse by chip suppliers.
